Consulate General of India in Jeddah celebrates 5th International Day of Yoga at International Indian School

The Consulate General of India in Jeddah, in association with Arab Yoga Foundation & General Sports Authority celebrated the 5th International Day of Yoga at the International Indian School, Jeddah.

Ambassador of India to Saudi Arabia H.E. Dr Ausaf Sayeed graced the Event & opened the Event by lighting of the traditional Lamp.

Padmashree Yogacharinee Ms Nouf Marwaii, President of Arab Yoga Foundation (a resident of Jeddah), Ms Lina Khaled Almaeena, Member of Shoura Council & Board Member of Saudi Mass Participation were also present.

Many Saudi friends & Indian nationals participated in large number. Mass Yoga Practice was also conducted, led by Yoga Instructors of Arab Yoga Foundation & Consul General of India in Jeddah Mr Md. Noor Rahman Sheikh, who also performed Sirsasana (Head Stand posture) at the end of the Mass Yoga Practice.
