Yuvraj Singh says he would love to see Siddhant Chaturvedi star in his biopic | Hindi Movie News

Siddhant Chaturvedi, who shot to fame with his stellar performance opposite Ranveer Singh in ‘Gully Boy’, has caught the attention of former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. In a recent interaction, the skipper even went on to pick the hunk to play him in a future biopic.

In a candid conversation, Yuvraj was asked which actor was he keen on seeing playing his role in the biopic, to which, he replied, “Probably, I’d play myself — that would be a bit desperate… (chuckles) hai na?”

Making his pick, he went on to add, “See, that’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi is a good option; I’d love to see him in the film.”

Siddhant won applause and praise for his role as MC Sher and even bagged a Filmfare award for his spectacular performance.

On the work front, the hunk will next be seen in Shakun Batra‘s untitled film where he will share the screen with Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday. According to reports, this project will be a relationship drama where the characters find themselves stuck in a morally ambiguous zone.
