Deepika Padukone has proved time and again that no matter how big she grows, she will always be her daddy’s little girl. Although the actress did not follow his footsteps and become a sportsperson, she has always been in awe of his achievements and has never missed any chance to laud him for the same.
Taking to her twitter handle, Deepika recently shared a post which mentioned that Prakash Padukone won All England Championship in London’s Wembley Arena 40 years ago. Along with the post she wrote a heartfelt post celebrating her father’s achievements.

Meanwhile, Deepika has been unwinding with husband Ranveer Singh in self-quarantine due to coronavirus pandemic. Making the most of her free time, Deepika has also been taking some piano lessons at home.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone has some interesting movies in her kitty. She will next be seen in Kabir Khan’s sports biopic ‘’83’. The actress will be seen reuniting with husband Ranveer Singh in the movie. While Ranveer will be essaying the role of Kapil Dev, Deepika will be playing his wife Romi Dev in the biopic. Deepika is also co-producing the film.

Apart from this, she will also be seen in Shakun Batra’s untitled next with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She has also bagged Luv Ranjan’s next with Ranbir Kapoor. The ‘Padmaavat’ actress has also announced ‘Mahabharat’ which will be made from the point of view of Draupadi.
